Lauren and Carlee first met during orientation at Edinboro University in 2016. Lauren and Carlee bonded over their love for all the dogs. As a result of a bad roommate placement, these two ended up together. Carlee and Lauren attended EUP Football games together to cheer on Lauren's boyfriend (Hi Alex!!), and would continuously make fun of each others accents. In this short time they have known each other Lauren has become Carlee's best friend. The road trip from Chicora to Buffalo has become one of the easiest trips to make. Although distance keeps them apart, their friendship keeps them close.
Michael Riley
Best Man
Dan and Michael met while they were in preschool, and their bromance blossomed . They attended the same elementary, high school, junior college, and then finished their college years together at Penn State Behrend where they were roommates for 2 years. After Carlee and Dan began to date, Carlee and Michael became better friends. Michael has told Carlee that he is so happy Dan found someone like her to marry and spend his life with. It was no doubt in Dan and Carlee's mind that Michael would be a part of this special day.
Alison Boltz

Carlee and Alison have known each other for 22 years, and were roommates for 17 of those years. Alison has come to know Dan as a brother, and she does not hesitate to call Dan when she is in a pickle. Alison is very thankful that throughout the years she was allowed to be the honorary third-wheel, and attend dates with Carlee and Dan. Alison has become the best dog sitter the Bride and Groom could ever ask for. Alison's favorite memory of Dan is witnessing Tomato Soup fly all over him during 6th period lunch.
Zane Elliott
Groomsman
Dan and Zane met at BC3 while studying engineering. They became great friends and were roommates for their two years at Penn State Behrend. Daniel and Zane are actually 3rd cousins, but never met until college. They both studied mechanical engineering, and had the exact same schedule while at Penn State.
Ashley Boltz

Ashley became a part of the Boltz family a year ago in February, and is happy to welcome Dan as the newest member. Ashley and Carlee first bonded when Carlee was the third-wheel on J.C.'s and Ashley's date to the Pittsburgh Zoo (Carlee did not know this was a date, whoops!). The rest is history!!
J.C. Boltz
Groomsman
Last February, Dan had the pleasure in being in J.C.'s wedding. Now a year later, J.C. is honored to be one of Dan's Groomsman. J.C. is happy that Dan is joining the family so his sisters do not outnumber him anymore. Carlee's favorite memory of J.C. is when they got to sing "Oops, I did it Again," in Hershey, and Carlee let J.C. take the lead in singing.

Once upon a time, Taylor and a few other friends kidnapped Carlee after she was finishing up her shift at work to take her to a bonfire that Carlee was not sure she wanted to go to. Taylor had brought Carlee a change of clothes, a snack, and off they went to the fire where they had a blast. Carlee and Taylor also played high school soccer together. Whether Carlee needed a fun day, to binge watch Grey's Anatomy, or to go eat Moe's, Taylor was always there. Carlee and Dan are so blessed to have Taylor be a part of their special day.
Tyler Kepple

Dan and Tyler first met in preschool and went to elementary and high school together. They played football, basketball, baseball, and track together. They spent a lot of time growing up hunting, fishing, and camping together. They attended different colleges, but now work as engineers at the same company.
Abbey Wetzel
Bridesmaid
Carlee and Abbey became friends in 7th grade science class. They bonded over Abbey's love of pineapple and Carlee's lack there of. Who would have thought that these two would become best friends over fruit?! Years go by, and she would let Carlee and Dan meet up by her locker during the school day. Abbey knew that Dan was good for Carlee then, and still is. It would be apparent that they would be best friends forever, and they still are 12+ years later.
Justin Macurak
Groomsman
Dan and Justin (Tut) are first cousins and worked together for many years. They both worked for Tut's dad and Dan helped with Tut's business. They spent many days and weekends working in the middle of the woods or in peoples' basements. Tut taught Dan many things about residential HVAC, and now Dan is a commercial HVAC Engineer. Throughout their time together, Tut has become the brother that Dan never had.
