The Good: Never heard anything bad about this place and the photos look decent. On the other hand, I've never heard anything good about it either. The Bad: The unknown, you are on the westside after all. SP says, "14 mins from reception place. Could be a gem, could be a disaster. This one is a roll of the dice."

The Good: 4.5 star rating. Safe area, easy access to interstates. The Bad: Slightly more expensive than the other options. SP says, "This is a safe choice, not far from our house."
