We're Getting Married!

Katie and Carl met in June of 2020 through the Bullard family. Edwina Bullard has known both Katie and Carl since they were young kids. Edwina and her daughter, Heather, thought Katie and Carl would be a great match for each other, and they were right! Katie and Carl had their first date at Peel Pizza, and they instantly hit it off! They both knew early on that they had something special!

In December of 2021, Carl decided to pop the question at his family's trivia event. After ten rounds of trivia, it was announced that Carl would ask a "bonus question." In that moment, Carl got down on one knee and asked Katie to marry him. She was so surprised that her initial response was "are you serious?!" They were able to celebrate with their parents, some family members, and a few friends. It was a very special night!
