Rehearsal is in the conference room (First floor next to registration desk). Several grandchildren and moms will be performing Ode to Joy during the wedding ceremony. Maestra Laura Higgins will be conducting! The second bell choir rehearsal time is on Saturday December 28 from 1:30 to 2:30pm at Superstition Manor.

Calling all cowboys and gents for a rootin'-tootin' good time with Carl! Meet in the lobby at 11am of the hotel to carpool to the location. Luncheon is hosted by Carl upon arrival at the venue. Time permitting other adventures at the Ghost Town are on your own silver dollar. Those involved in the Bell Choir Rehearsal need to be back to the hotel by 2:00pm, the wedding ceremony participants at Superstition Manor by 3:00pm and Barleen's Rehearsal dinner arrive time is 5:30pm for everyone. Walk down Main Street, explore the many shops and historic buildings. Tour the historic Mammoth Gold Mine and visit the Goldfield Museum. Pan for gold then take a ride on Arizona’s only narrow gauge train. You may also get to witness an old west gun fight performed by the famous Goldfield Gunfighters!

Whether you wear your Bridgerton best, your pearls or your fancy fascinators, we will celebrate Gay and her ladies at high tea! Gay has fascinators (but feel free to bring your own if you wish).
5:30 pm
Check in at 5:30 with dinner and show beginning at 6pm. Coffee, tea, water and lemonade are included. Cash bar is available (tips and alcohol not included by the hosts). Toast Gay and Carl while we enjoy the early Rock and Roll hits of Elvis, The Everly Brothers, and Buddy Holly and more!

Guests may begin gathering at 3:00pm to harpist music. Seating at 3:15pm and ceremony at 3:30pm. Reception to follow with drinks, dinner and merriment! Practice up your Macarena, Cupid Shuffle and the good ole Wisconsin Chicken Dance! Also, gifts are not expected, but if you are so inclined, we love to eat out as our friends and family know well! Your love and time spent with us during our celebration is a remarkable gift to us!
