Are we registered anywhere?

Answer

No, we decided to not register at any stores

Are there shuttle services?

Answer

Yes, Embassy Suites provides shuttles to and from the reception hall. We are in the process of scheduling specific times with the hotel. More information coming soon!

Is my original hotel reservation still valid?

Answer

No. You will have to cancel your original reservation and re-book. Our new hotel link is: https://embassysuites.hilton.com/en/es/groups/personalized/M/MKEMBES-MW7-20200717/index.jhtml?WT.mc_id=POG Our new group code is MW7. Make sure to add this when you book your room. If you need a different check-in or out date than the website allows, you will have to call the hotel directly.
