We wanted a space where everything — the vows, the meal, and the celebration — could happen together under one roof. The Knights of Columbus offers just that: a warm, welcoming setting where we can gather with family and friends, surrounded by candlelight, Christmas trees, and the cozy winter woodland feel we’ve been dreaming of. The setting may be simple — but the love, joy, and laughter will be overflowing. 🗺️ Directions from Nearby Cities From Dayton (via I-70 E): Take I-70 E to Exit 59 for OH-41 toward Springfield. Turn right onto OH-41 S, then turn left onto Bird Rd. The Knights of Columbus Hall will be on your right. From Columbus (via I-70 W): Take I-70 W to Exit 62 for US-40 W toward Springfield. Merge onto US-40 W, then turn left onto Bird Rd. The Knights of Columbus Hall will be on your left. From Cincinnati (via I-71 N & I-70 E): Take I-71 N to I-70 E toward Columbus. Follow I-70 E to Exit 59 for OH-41 toward Springfield. Turn right onto OH-41 S, then left onto Bird Rd. The Knights of Columbus Hall will be on your right. 🕐 What time should I arrive? Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating. 📍 Where are the ceremony and reception taking place? Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall 2055 S. Bird Rd, Springfield, Ohio. We’re so excited to celebrate the entire day together in one cozy, festive space! 👗 What should I wear? The dress code is Christmas casual — cozy, comfortable, and festive, but still a little dressed up. Think sweaters, dress pants, nice boots, winter dresses, or anything that feels warm and polished for a special occasion. We’re aiming for a cozy winter wonderland feel with candlelight, Christmas trees, and soft music. Since it’s early January, don’t forget a warm coat for the walk from the parking lot. 🍽️ What kind of meal will be served? We’ll be serving a buffet-style dinner with family-friendly options. 🍷 Will alcohol be served? We won’t be serving alcohol, but we’ll have a cozy variety of non-alcoholic drinks — including hot cocoa, coffee, and refreshing iced drinks — to celebrate with. 👶 Can I bring my kids? Yes! Children are very welcome — we’re looking forward to celebrating with the whole family. 🎉 Will there be dancing or a DJ? We’re keeping things cozy and meaningful — there won’t be a DJ or dance floor. Instead, we’re creating a warm, wintery atmosphere with classic Christmas music, candlelight, and simple activities to enjoy with family and friends. We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our photographers can capture everything beautifully. You're welcome to take photos during the reception! We feel so lucky just to have your love and support — your presence truly means the most to us. For those who have asked, we’ve set up a honeymoon fund to help us make some special memories together. You’re welcome to contribute if you feel inclined, but please know there’s no expectation at all. We’ve also added a small Amazon registry with just a few useful things for our home (like a new knife set and pots and pans) — mostly to help replace the well-loved ones we already have.
