Khoury’s is where we met and where we’ve spent so much time together, making it a truly special place for us. It’s a unique spot in Vegas where people connect and enjoy great company. Grab a drink, try a bite from the food truck, and see why this place means so much to us!
Our favorite Italian restaurant, Gaetano’s, is the perfect spot for a cozy meal. With delicious cocktails, an excellent wine selection, and incredible food, it’s a place we always love to visit. They have Happy Hour from 4-6 with $10 drinks and select apps and Reverse Happy Hour from 8-9 with 50% off select entrees. Trust us, you won’t leave disappointed!
The M offers a variety of restaurants such as Anthony's Prime Steak & Seafood (highly recommend the dirty martini), Jayde on 16 (rooftop restaurant), Marinelli's Authentic Italian Cuisine, and Baby Cakes Artisan Bakery.
Our favorite Sushi spot! They offer a la carte as well as all you can eat!
The District at Green Valley Ranch is a vibrant hub for shopping, dining, and relaxation. Browse unique boutiques, grab a bite, and enjoy a drink at one of our favorite spots, The Local. Don’t miss the Home Means Nevada store for local souvenirs and gifts. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore, The District has something for everyone.
GVR offers plenty of good spots to eat/drink. We highly recommend checking out Hank's for $10 martinis from 3:30-7. You'll need to arrive prior to 3:30 to secure a seat though, it's quite popular! Grab some happy hour appetizers too! Other dining options include Pizza Rock, Bottiglia, Borracha, and Blue Ribbon Sushi.
For a fun night out, head to the Henderson Booze District, where you’ll find Crafthaus Brewery, The Las Vegas Distillery, Neon Desert Brewing, Vegas Valley Winery. Whether you're into unique cocktails or local brews, it's the perfect spot to enjoy great drinks, lively vibes, and a taste of Henderson’s growing nightlife scene.
Another one of our favorite restaurants! Lamaii offers delicious thai food, cocktails and wine. We highly recommend trying the Wing Zaap, Garlic Green Beans, Crispy Duck or Shrimp Panang Curry. If you go for the shrimp, do eat the shrimp shells...trust me they're crunchy and delicious!
Water Street is Henderson’s charming historic district, offering a mix of local shops, eateries, and vibrant art spots. It’s the perfect place to explore, grab a bite, and enjoy the local culture, all while soaking in the unique atmosphere of this up-and-coming area. A few of our favorite spots are Lovelady Brewing, Mojave Brewing, and Juan's Flaming Fajitas!
One of our favorite places to visit, the Lion Habitat Ranch is a unique, family-friendly spot where you can get up close to majestic lions and other exotic animals. It’s a nonprofit sanctuary dedicated to animal care and conservation, offering an unforgettable experience for animal lovers and anyone looking for something special off the beaten path.
Boulder City is about a 25-30 minute drive from Henderson but, offers a fun area for food and drinks. We recommend checking out The Coffee Cup for breakfast, Boulder Dam Brewing or Beer Zombies for a drink!
Another of our favorite hikes! This trail goes through the tunnels created for the building of the Hoover Dam. It's a flat, scenic hike along Lake Mead. If you're lucky, you might see some big horned sheep! This trail is about 4 miles out/back if you stop at the gate/bathroom area. However, if you're feeling ambitious, you can continue all the way to the Hoover Dam! On the way you'll encounter a 'graveyard' of dam parts. Turn into lake Mead Recreational Park and you'll find a small parking lot on the right, past the visitor center and before you have to pay. Parking is limited and free! If the lot is full, you can park at the visitor center.
A great spot to play pickleball, enjoy lawn games like cornhole, giant Jenga, Connect 4, or Battleship, all while savoring delicious food and hanging out at one of the multiple bar areas!
