Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Nope, we are not supplying alcohol at our wedding but you ARE welcome to BYOB. (Carla edit: REALLY, its cool, I get that "normal" people can drink still and my sobriety is not in jeopardy.) We made this choice to support Carla's recovery

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Our first dance, of course.. there will be no dance floor, but please feel free to dance your heart out if you want to! Carla's been known for dancing anywhere (ie targets and grocery stores) so we suspect a dance party to erupt in the grass

Can I bring a date?

Due to the size of our yard and our choice to keep our wedding intimate, please note how many "seats" are reserved for you on your RSVP link

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, we are very close to the hotel and due to the options of airbnb vs. hotels and staying with family in the area we are not booking transportation. Uber and Lyft are options in our area! We'll cover you in a blanket if you fall asleep in the yard!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are at our home! Street parking is available. We ask that you are kind to our neighbors and respect their driveways while parking on the street.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony and reception will both take place in our backyard! We hope to minimize indoors access to restroom needs only as our pets will be inside for much of the day.

What type of shoes should I wear?

Answer

We will be in the yard for the day. Please plan to wear flats or wedges as high heels WILL sink into the dirt

Ceremony at 4pm sharp, food and fun after.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

We would love for you to capture moments of our day and share them with us and social media! Our hashtag is #carlaandjeremygetmarried HOWEVER, please refrain from taking photos during the entirety of our ceremony. We chose you to witness these moments with us so please put down the cameras and stay present in this moment with us. We are honored to share it with you

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
