Many of you are familiar with Austin and there is always lots to do when you visit!
We live in NW Austin (and Derby de Mayo Party is in our neighborhood) and we booked rooms at 2 hotels close by. However, if you prefer to have a more luxurious stay or in an area with more activities, focus on the Domain or downtown Austin. If you want more quaint, head to Georgetown.
We are about 30 minutes from the Austin Airport.
Uber/Lyft/waymo (yes, driverless rideshare!) are all super easy to use if you don't want to rent a car...or have some drinks at the party!
