What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire. Classic suits and ties or cocktail dresses, midi or knee-length, are perfect for the occasion.

Is transportation available to and from the venue?

Answer

There is no need for a shuttle, as the recommended hotels are within walking distance or just a short Uber ride away.

Can I drive to the venue?

Answer

Yes! If using GPS, you can enter address 130 West Brooklyn Village Ave, Charlotte, NC 28202 to find the garage entrance.

Are children invited?

While we love your kiddos, we've chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We encourage you to enjoy the evening as a special date night!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your name and a guest’s name are listed on your invitation, then yes—we’d love for you both to join! Otherwise, we’ll be keeping the celebration intimate with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 9th so we can have an accurate headcount.

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes – please include any dietary restrictions when submitting your RSVP online.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors. Cocktail hour will take place outside, weather permitting, in a mostly covered area.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Expect mild spring temps—typically 70s during the day, 50s at night. Pack layers just in case, and we’ll keep an eye on the forecast!

When will the formal invitations be sent out?

Answer

We’ll be mailing formal invitations in January 2026, so be on the lookout! If your mailing address has changed recently, please let us know. Once you receive your invite, please RSVP online so we can plan accordingly. If that’s not possible, just give us a call!
