Parking
As you know, we will be getting married in our backyard and since this is a residential neighborhood we wanted to provide some parking information to make things easier.
Option 1 - Street Parking: We recommend parking on Briggs between Nixon and Willamette or between our home and Oatfield in the areas indicated in purple on the map above. All are between a 5-10 minute walk, note that there are no sidewalks.
Option 2 - Park and Ride: There is a free parking garage across the street from the Park Ave Max station, the address is 12952 SE 27th Ave, Milwaukie, OR 97222. We will provide a shuttle from the western entrance (indicated in orange above) at 3:30 and 3:45 or if you choose to walk it is 15 minutes. Jeff, Carla's brother, will be driving the shuttle and his phone number is 206-890-8347.
The forecast is quite warm (currently 88°F/31°C), so we also highly recommend dropping people off at the house before parking.
Ceremony is at 4pm, feel free to arrive as early as 3:30pm.
