Our story began just two days before Christmas of 2023, on a day that felt ordinary until the moment our eyes met. What was meant to be a simple first date turned into something gentle, instant, and unforgettable. From that night on, we never wanted to be apart—and we never were. Carla came from Brazil carrying the hope of a life filled with joy and love. Cam, with his steady heart and warm kindness, became the place where that hope found a home. Even though we come from different cultures, our hearts understood each other effortlessly. Our love language has always been simple: laughter, tenderness, adventure, and choosing one another again and again. Nature has quietly woven itself into our relationship, and West Jefferson became the backdrop of some of our most treasured memories. It was our first trip together—a place where we felt peace, connection, and the feeling of “this is where we belong.” And so, we chose to return to West Jefferson to begin our forever. On October 3, 2026, at the Hemlock Barn, we will promise a lifetime to each other, hoping the changing leaves bless our vows and the beautiful life we are building together.
