Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend cocktail attire for our ceremony and reception. Examples of cocktail attire include a suit and tie, a knee length dress, or a midi to floor-length dress.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

St. Ann’s Church has a small parking lot, but there is plenty of surrounding street parking available. Beauport Hotel offers complimentary valet parking for day guests. The distance between the church and hotel/reception is about a five minute drive.

What should we do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

You’ll likely have an hour/hour and a half of downtime between our ceremony and reception. We recommend using this time to check into your hotel or to take a walk by the Gloucester Harbor near the Beauport. Within the Beauport lobby is 1606 Restaurant, which has a large bar with cozy seating areas, as well as a patio with space heaters/fire pits.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 1:30, we recommend getting there with plenty of time to park and be seated within the church by 1:15.
