Dress code is beach formal. Cartagena is very warm so we advise the women to wear a light formal beach dress (i.e. Maxi Dress or Sundress). For the men, the usual formal wear is a guayabera with pants. A guayabera is not required so if you’d like, you can wear a a light suit. No ties are required.
