Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we kindly request that guests wear formal cocktail attire. Examples of this include suits (paired with a dress shirt and tie), cocktail dresses, formal midi dresses, or dressy separates. We encourage elegant and polished looks (color is welcomed!) to match the sophisticated ambiance of the venue and which are suitable for an evening of celebration and dancing.

Will the ceremony take place outdoors?

Answer

Yes, (weather permitting) the ceremony will be held outdoors on a stone patio (see link: https://www.bluemontview.com/ceremony). All paths to and from the patio are paved. The ceremony will be held in the late afternoon and will last approximately 30 minutes. We recommend considering the warm weather when dressing for the occasion. Bringing sunglasses or formal hats for sun protection are welcomed. The reception will be held indoors, within a formal ballroom. We look forward to celebrating with you in both the elegant outdoor and indoor spaces!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore children, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We hope this will allow all of our guests to fully relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you to the fullest!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue for guests. The parking lot is conveniently located just a short walk from the entrance. If needed, guests can be dropped off directly at the ceremony patio to minimize walking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes, we plan to provide free shuttles to and from the hotel(s) with room blocks designated for our wedding. These hotels will be confirmed and shared on our wedding website in early 2025.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, the venue is fully handicap accessible. There are ramps and elevators available for easy access to both the ceremony and reception areas, ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests. If you have any specific accessibility needs or questions, please feel free to reach out to us in advance.

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, guests must RSVP. Formal invitations, with RSVP information, will be sent in late spring 2025. Guests must RSVP online by July 15th.
