There are (20) room blocks set up for arrival Friday, October 5th, 2018 and departure Sunday, October 7th, 2018. The rate is $149.00/per night. Feel free to book the entire weekend or just the evening of the wedding if you prefer. We do however encourage all out-of-town guests to secure a hotel room as soon as possible. This hotel is approximately 20-minutes from the venue. We will also be providing shuttle transportation to and from the venue. We encourage those who will be driving to carpool, if possible, as parking is limited at the venue.

Yes, we will be providing shuttle service from both hotels. A schedule will be available at the front desk of your hotel. Please refer to the schedule below: Shuttle (max 12/person): 3:30pm - First Shuttle Shift to Venue - Please be ready in the lobby of your hotel 4:15pm - Second Shuttle Shift to Venue - Please be ready in the lobby of your hotel 5:00pm - Ceremony starts, however Shuttle will return to hotel(s) to pick-up anyone who had previously missed the first two shifts. 7:30pm thru 9:15pm - Shuttle will start transporting guests back & forth to the hotel for those who wish to leave early (as needed). 10:00pm - Shuttle will run last round of guests to the hotel(s).
