Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on the invitation. We kindly ask that you refer to your invitation, which will indicate whether a plus one has been reserved in your name. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

While we will sincerely miss your presence, we completely understand that not everyone may be able to attend. If you are unable to join us, we kindly ask that you let us know by submitting your RSVP at your earliest convenience. Your well wishes and support mean the world to us, whether near or far.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:00 PM to allow time to be seated and ensure an uninterrupted start to the celebration.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors? What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and our reception is indoors. It's difficult to predict weather in Colorado but on an average October day it is 60-70° The ceremony space has a little shade but please come prepared for sun, or a breeze!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire! Please no denim and avoid shades of white.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available, and a golf cart will be provided to assist guests in reaching each area.

Will there be food?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres and dinner will be served following cocktail hour.

Will there be hotel blocks?

Answer

Room blocks have been reserved at three nearby hotels for your convenience. Additional accommodations, including local Airbnb options, are also available. For further details, please refer to the Travel section.

Are you registered?

Answer

Yes, we are registered at Zola. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, but should you wish to honor us with a gift, our registry can be found on our website. We are truly grateful for your generosity and thoughtfulness.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Absolutely, Drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! Please be mindful of how you are getting home safely.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

In accordance with our venue’s policies, we kindly ask that no outside alcohol or drugs be brought to the event. We’ve arranged for a full bar to ensure everyone is well taken care of.
