When is the deadline to RSVP?

We are asking you to respond by November 1st for us to give our vendors an accurate headcount.
Question
What should we wear?
Answer
We are asking all our guests to please wear Black Attire. Our Venue is small and would like a coordinated look for our special day. Black Dresses and Black Suits are appreciated.

Is there a Hotel Block reserved?
Answer
Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Eastgate, OH. Please mention 'The Lytle Wedding' to book your room. Deadline is 11.14.2025
Question
Are Plus-ones and Children allowed?
Answer
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, the name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation. We love your children, but due to space restrictions we are keeping it adult only, unless they are added to the invitation, we hope you enjoy your parents' night out.

Will the Ceremony be Inside or Outside?
Answer
We are planning to have an outdoor ceremony as long as it's not raining or freezing. Please consider this and prepare accordingly. We promise not to keep you outside too long!

When should we arrive?
Answer
The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. We are asking you to arrive 15-20 mins ahead but not before 4pm.

Can I document your special day?
Answer
We have an amazing photographer and kindly ask you not to have your phones out during our ceremony. Also be kind and place your phone in silent.
Question
I need to get a ride home, Can I leave my car?
Answer
You can leave your car overnight at the venue but the venue is kindly asking that it be promptly pickuped in the following morning.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, please leave a note in your RSVP of any dietary restrictions.

Will Dinner be served?
Answer
Yes! We have chosen a favorite of ours Pompilios, an authentic traditional Italian Restaurant that has been in business in Newport, KY for 90 years!
