There is a large parking lot at the venue, and cars are allowed to be left there overnight and picked up the following morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Affordable adventures is the shuttle service we are using, they will be shuttling people from the civic center holiday inn (where there is a large parking lot) and canyon lake resort to black hills reception venue and then will also be shuttling people back at the end of the night. You must RSVP for shuttle service if you are wanting to ride the shuttle.
