We're so excited that you'll be joining us on our special day! To help you prepare for the celebration, we've put together some answers to common questions. If you have any other questions or need more details, please feel free to reach out to us. We want you to feel as comfortable and informed as possible.
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive at between 9:50-9:55 a.m. to allow time for parking, seating, and getting settled before the ceremony begins.

Will there be refreshments at the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’re excited to share that a coffee cart vendor will be available during the ceremony to help kickstart your morning. Guests can enjoy freshly brewed coffee, tea, and other morning beverages as we celebrate together.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will be semi-formal to formal, and we kindly ask guests to dress in attire that compliments the elegance of the day. For Ladies: Cocktail dresses, long dresses, or stylish jumpsuits are perfect. For Gentlemen: A suit and tie or dress pants with a blazer are great options. Color Palette Inspiration: If you'd like to coordinate, our romantic palette includes marsala, burgundy, blush, mauve rose, deep blush, pastel pink, emerald, eucalyptus, pastel green and sage green.

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors.

What would the weather be like on the wedding day?

Answer

While we can’t predict the exact weather, May in Gilbert, AZ is generally mild and warm in the morning, with temperatures around the mid-60s to low 70s during the ceremony. As the day progresses, it can warm up, so we recommend dressing in layers and bringing sun protection for later in the day.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on-site at Shenandoah Mill.

Is there a reception?

Answer

This is a micro wedding, and while the ceremony will be an intimate affair, a celebration is planned to take place at another location after the ceremony. Please see "Event Details" page.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to RSVP and make any necessary travel or accommodation arrangements no later than April 19, 2025. This ensures we have enough time to finalize our guest list and provide the venue with an accurate headcount. If you’re traveling, we recommend booking your accommodations as early as possible to secure the best options near the venue.

Can I update my RSVP after submitting it?

Answer

Yes, if your plans change after submitting your RSVP, you can easily update your response directly on our wedding website through Zola. Simply log back into the site and modify your RSVP. Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to accommodate everyone, but due to venue space and planning, plus ones are limited to those listed on your invitation.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony itself. This allows everyone to fully experience the moment without distractions. Thank you for respecting our wishes to keep the ceremony intimate and focused!

Is there a place to leave gifts?

Answer

Yes, there will be a card table available at the ceremony for guests to leave their gifts and cards. Additionally, gifts may also be brought to the celebration following the ceremony, where there will be another table designated for gifts and cards. We appreciate your generosity!

Are there any special activities or events planned?

Answer

Yes! We have two special events planned: Social Gathering: Join us for a casual get-together on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Val's Bar (location in Event Details). It’s a relaxed way to kick off the celebration and spend time with family. Post-Ceremony Celebration: After the ceremony, we invite you to celebrate with us at 11:15 a.m. at Brio Italian Grille San Tan restaurant (location in Event Details).

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

We are incredibly grateful for your love and support! Instead of a traditional gift registry, we’ve set up a honeymoon wish fund to help make our dream getaway extra special. If you’d like to contribute, you can find the details and make a donation on our registry page.

What happens if I can't attend?

Answer

We completely understand if you are unable to join us on our special day. While we will miss having you there, your well wishes and love are what matter most to us! If you can’t attend, please let us know as soon as possible by updating your RSVP or contacting us directly.
