For those flying in, we recommend booking your flights into Sacramento International Airport (SMF), which is the closest major airport to our venue. From the airport, Apple Hill is about a one-hour drive. We suggest renting a car if needed, as rideshare availability can be limited in the area. Carpooling with fellow guests is also a great option! We can’t wait to celebrate with you and truly appreciate you making the trip.

This hotel is 20 minutes away from the venue and offers plenty of accommodations and fun activities for guests! Family and friends can enjoy go-kart racing, a golf simulator, casino games, bowling, live music and more, outside of scheduled wedding events. The bride and groom will be staying at Red Hawk and welcome everyone to join them at this hotel if you are able to! To book a reservation, please call (530)-677-7000 and mention that you are part of the Elder-Moore Wedding Block, and to include the dates you are staying. The nightly hotel rates listed for Friday (8/28) and Saturday (8/29) night, respectively, are as follows: Deluxe King: $359, $405 Deluxe Queen: $379, $425 These rates expire on 6/28/26. Guests who book after this expiry date must book through the hotel's website with their regular rates.

These two areas are about 30 minutes away from the venue. They have several options like Hilton Garden Inn & Hampton Inns for more affordable stays. Guests can easily make their way to Red Hawk Casino before the wedding to catch the shuttle and back for some late night fun!
