To reserve a room please send $100 Zelle to 9715065940 with the room type you want reserved by March 25th.
You then have until May 10th to book a room with specific dates and how many people in your room (more details in travel section).
**$100 deposit is refundable BEFORE May 10th.
this can give you a piece of mind if you decide to change your mind.
**Rooms are 3 night minimum.
**You also may book after mid May but we cannot guarantee group pricing or room availability.
** You can book right now for the same rates, and have a free 14 day prior to check in cancellation. But rates cannot be guaranteed to stay the same if you don’t take advantage of the reserving option or booking right now.
***Rooms booked or not by mid May we need a final RSVP head count of who’s coming by JULY 8th 2024. ***
