Question

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel and the ceremony/reception location?

Answer

Yes, the shuttles will arrive at the Hyatt Place Athens and Homewood Suites at 4:15pm for transport to the ceremony. They will depart at 4:25pm so please be on time. The shuttle is not able to pick up from the Hilton so if you are staying there please go to the Hyatt or Homewood for pickup. The shuttles will transport guests back to downtown Athens after the reception.

Where do I park if I'm driving to the Gillen House Luxury Bed and Breakfast?

Answer

There is a parking area marked by signs a block away from the Gillen House at the below address. Park there and then it is a very short walk to the Gillen House. Parking area: 369 S Main St, Stephens, GA 30667 Gillen House: 435 N Main St, Maxeys, GA 30667

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.
