A summer wedding?

Answer

Yes we are having a summer wedding in the midwest, but both the ceremony and the reception will be held inside.

What do we wear?

Answer

Semi-formal, this can include attire such as long-dresses, sundresses, button down shirts and slacks. Preferably no jeans, extremely short dresses, or white dresses (of course).

Where can we stay?

Answer

We will have hotel rooms blocked off at the Tulsa Club Hotel. There is also additional information on surrounding hotels in Downtown Tulsa that are located in the travel tab.

Where can we park at?

Answer

The hotel does offer valet parking for $22. There is a secure parking garage located on Cincinnati Street with multiple parking rates: - 3 hours: $10 - 3+ hours: $12 - Overnight $18 The parking garage is connected to the Tulsa Club with easy access to an elevator for easy access to the hotel lobby, but cannot validate parking. Street parking is free on the weekends with many spaces available surrounding the hotel.

Am I allowed to bring additional guests?

Answer

Although we want as many of our friends and family to celebrate with us, please do not bring any additional guests that are not listed on your invitation/RSVP due to limited spacing. We appreciate your understanding. If there are questions on the RSVP list, please reach out to us!

Can we take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We are requesting for an UNPLUGGED ceremony. We want all of our family and friends to be fully immersed in this special moment with us.

Will it be an open or cash bar?

Answer

There will be open bar during both cocktail hour and the reception.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do have a small registry on Zola and Target. With our hectic lives, it will likely be at least another year before we officially settle down in our first home. Gift cards and monetary gifts are also appreciated and would be put towards our future home!

What's for dinner?

Answer

At this time we will be serving a plated dinner of Chicken Saltimbocca. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know so we can accommodate accordingly! There is will also be the option of a children's meal of chicken fingers and fries if needed. Again, please let us know so we can accommodate!
