Question
Are there hotel blocks available?
Answer
Yes, we currently have room blocks under "Kharmandarian-Brown" at The Penn Stroud in Stroudsburg, PA and Quality Inn in East Stroudsburg, PA. Transportation will be available to the wedding events to and from these hotels.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, there is transportation arranged to and from the hotels in which we have placed room blocks at, scheduled for before and after the wedding. Hotels in which the shuttle will provide service to are: The Penn Stroud and the Quality Inn East Stroudsburg - more details to be found on the Travel page.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Invites are limited to who's listed on your invitation. As much as we would love to extend the invite, we are limited on space at our venue. If you think we forgot somebody, please feel free to reach out to Carina directly!

Are children welcome to attend?
Answer
Yes! We welcome you to bring your children to our wedding, however invites are limited only to those listed on your invitation.

Will there be a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Our dress code is formal (Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.)

What if I have an allergy/dietary restriction?
Answer
Please reach out to Carina as soon as possible with any concerns regarding food/dietary restrictions. There is also a space to note specific restrictions on your RSVP.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony by?
Answer
Our ceremony is to begin promptly at 4 PM. You may arrive as early as 3 PM, but we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 3:45 PM, as security will not admit anyone past 3:50 PM.
Question
What do I do if I can’t make the shuttle from my hotel?
Answer
There will be shuttle service with approximately departure times of 2:30 PM and 3:15 PM from the hotels in which we have blocks at only. Please note that the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM with last admission at 3:50 PM. If you cannot make the shuttle in time, please drive to the venue. At the end of the night if needed, you may leave your car over night at the venue and travel back via shuttle, and return in the morning for your car.
