It started out with Chris and Carina swiping right on each other on OkCupid, Neither of them took the app very seriously since old fashioned dating has become a thing of the past. However, Chris still reached out with high hopes and Carina suggested a date! Over Indian food the two ate and talked all the way into closing time. They talked about everything and more. Each were excited for the potential they saw in one another and the chance to see where it would all lead. Little did they know that the next year they would live together, the following year they would be engaged, and the year after that they would be married. Through the ups and downs they would face together, Chris and Carina always came out the other end closer than ever. They grew to love one another and each of their families embraced the relationship with open arms and shared laughter. Chris and Carina enjoy going on new adventures together and traveling when they are able to. Although Carina feels like Chris could play his video games a little bit less, they always find a way to create lasting memories and stories to share with their friends and family.
