Register as soon as you can, the earlier the better but we would prefer at the latest a month before the event will take place

Please arrive early enough to allow time to find parking and take a seat before the event

Unfortunately we do not have any hotel recommendations for those who will be coming from out of town however if anyone needs assistance we would be glad to help
