This hotel is conveniently located near both the airport and the wedding venue. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle. All you need to do is call the hotel after you land, and they will pick you up. For return trips to the airport, please arrange your shuttle time with the front desk to ensure availability for your departure. The hotel has given us a great group rate on the rooms as long as we have at least ten rooms reserved within our room block, so please don't forget to use our discount code when booking or use the link on this page. They blocked rooms from Thursday - Monday, but you can change your stay to whatever dates you need with the drop down menu on their website. We will be providing complementary motorcoach transportation to/from the wedding for guests staying at our hotel. Please let us know if you need bus transportation on the RSVP page so we can accommodate everyone. The motorcoach will be at the hotel at 3:30pm on Saturday, August 29th for guests to begin boarding and will depart promptly at 3:45pm for the venue. After the reception the motorcoach will be waiting at the venue to transport guests back to the hotel. Return transportation will depart at 10:00pm. We encourage you to take advantage of this convenient transportation option so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration.
