So, Coronavirus. We all get it. For the past six weeks, we have watched our planned wedding in Iowa dissolve slowly before our eyes. What originally was a celebration planned with an invite list of 600+ people reduced itself to 10 people overnight, prohibiting anyone beyond our parents and witnesses to attend our wedding. We've experienced true grief over the absence of remaining family and friends at our wedding.  Amidst the turmoil, our faith was in the Lord knowing that however things turned out, God has known of our wedding day from eternity and that His love and grace would still guide us through whatever would come. Because of this, we're confident that God dropped the Texas plan in our lap. As we explored this idea, every potential obstacle in the plan disappeared without having to force or control it, and great joy and excitement returned to us in approaching our wedding date. We can't even remember how the idea of Texas even originated... we're convinced it was the Holy Spirit! We hope you will join us as we begin the exciting adventure of our life together!
