We became friends after meeting at college in the fall of 2004. In 2014, after 10 years of friendship, we decided to go on a dinner date and we have been inseparable since. Josh proposed on Christmas Day 2019. We were at our home relaxing between family functions when Josh told Carey that her present was “on the tree.” After a few moments of looking she saw it; there it was perfectly placed on the branch. When she removed it and turned around Josh was down on one knee.

We currently live on Saint Simons with our two fur children Priscilla and Layla. Josh works with his father at Crosby Construction Services and Carey is the Premier Property Manager for Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals. We love spending time with our family and friends, day trips to Jekyll Island, cheering on the Dawgs, playing mediocre golf and all things Disney World.
