High Point State Park

A very cool spot that includes the High Point Monument which is the highest point in New Jersey! Fun fact- Eric and Carey went here on their second date!

Sunrise Mountain Overlook

You can drive to the Sunrise Mountain Overlook, park your car, walk just a short bit to see the beautiful views! Eric and I like to take sandwiches from Dale's Market (Culver Lake) up with us and sit under the pavilion or at a picnic table! We went here on our second date (if you're reading this you're realizing we had quite an eventful second date)!

Stokes State Forest + Sunrise Mountain

There are many hiking trails throughout Stokes State Forest and Sunrise Mountain which both run into the Appalachian Trail. You will not regret a hike to Buttermilk Falls on a hot summer day!

Many shops, restaurants, farmer's market on Sunday, coffee shops, brewery, or just for walking and window shopping! We recommend Water Wheel Cafe for breakfast or lunch, BetterWorld (coffee/bookstore), Willow (cute store), Milford Dairy Bar, Milford Diner
