Question
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is black-tie attire. Ladies should wear below the knee dresses/evening gowns, and gentlemen should dress in a black suit, or tuxedo minus the gloves, tails, and cummerbund. No jeans, t-shirts, flip-flops, tank tops, maxi dresses, khakis, ripped clothing, or polos please.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
April 25, 2022. If RSVP is not received, we will consider your response as declined. Feel free to text, or call us as well.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! The ceremony begins at 5:00 pm

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Where should guests park? Is parking free at the venue?
Answer
Guests are able to park at the venue. No parking fees are required.

Yes, hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be available prior to dinner.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
No, you will be responsible for arranging your transportation to and from the hotel and venue. Please leave an hour due to Miami traffic.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outdoors.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?
Answer
Please turn off cell phones and cameras during our ceremony and enjoy the moment with us. You can take photos during cocktail hour, and reception. Feel free to use #caresandmatthew so we can see what you’ve captured!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honour us with a gift, a cash gift would be very welcome. A gift box will be available at the reception.
