Hi there, and welcome! Our story began through mutual friends, and what started as casual conversations soon blossomed into movie dates, Longhorn games, and trips to visit Yasmin during college. For a while, we remained close friends, neither of us admitting the feelings that were quietly growing. The more time we spent together, the more inseparable we became—truly inseparable! Eventually, we decided to make things official, and that decision led to even more dates, games, and countless unforgettable memories. Along the way, we realized that building a future together was exactly what we both wanted. Life with us is never boring, and we’re so excited to see what the future holds as we step into this new chapter as newlyweds!

Visiting New York City during the holidays has always been on our bucket list. We were able to scratch this off in December of 2024. It was our second day in the big apple when our Times Square visit let to such a timeless moment in our lives. We are both Texas natives, so capturing the gleaming billboards and surrounding skyscrapers stretching into the sky was a must. As we’re trying to do so ourselves, the photographer captures the moment for us. Thus, leading to our Times Square photo shoot. As we’re appreciating the marveling city that never sleeps, Marvin drops to his knee and asks, “Will you marry me?” People began to clear the area and formed a circle full of anticipation. Too stunned to speak, it felt as if the city finally stopped and all that was left was the light from the digital billboards. This was such an indescribable feeling that words nor pictures will ever be able to describe. As Yasmin said, “Yes!” the crowd cheered under the Times Square lights. Our NYC trip was filled with pure bliss.
