Are kids allowed?

Kids are allowed if they are included on your invitation.

Where should we stay if we are traveling from out of town?

Answer

We have blocked off rooms at Country Inn & Suites and Comfort Inn & Suites in Marion, IL which is 15 minutes from the wedding venue. There are also several Airbnb and VRBO properties in the area if you would like another option.

Will there be transportation for out of town guests?

Answer

If you are staying at one of the designated hotels, there will be a shuttle transporting guests to and from the venue throughout the night.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire is preferred but not required.

Will the event be outside?

Answer

The venue allows for indoor and outdoor seating. The large barn doors will be open if weather permits.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar serving the couple’s favorite cocktails, beer, and wine. If you would like a beverage that we are not serving, you are welcome to bring your own into the venue, as long as it is not glass bottles.

What food will be provided?

Answer

During cocktail hour there will be a snow cone truck serving snacks and refreshments. During the reception there will be a buffet and dessert.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 9:00 PM. For those that would like to continue celebrating with us, we welcome you to the dance floor for the after party from 9:30 PM-12:00 AM.
