We have a hotel block confirmed at Vacation Village at Williamsburg below. We also know that there are a few other hotels in the area if guests would rather stay at those, and the below links have preferred pricing as well just no rooms blocked. Please note, William & Mary is having their 100th Homecoming Weekend this same weekend, so hotel options are limited, please book as early as possible, as there weren't many options for hotel blocks. This is where our hotel block is at, this is about 18 minutes (9-10 miles) from the venue. Please see the hotel block information below: Rooms are released back into General Inventory on September 24, 2026. When the room is reserved there is an authorization placed on stay. If a guest is using a debit card, it will hold the charges for the stay. This means they will not have access to this amount in their bank account. Credit card will do an authorization. The hotel always recommend using a credit card if the guest has that option.
