We take the train to Wilmington all the time and it is a great option if you are coming from New York, New Jersey or DC!

Flight

Philadelphia International Airport

The best airpot to fly in is the Philadelphia International Airport. From there you can take an Amtrak or Septa to Wilmington, or it is a short 30 minute drive.
