Hotel
There was a change in plans, we decided to stay in Canmore instead. Canmore is a short 10-15 minute drive to Banff the town. Note:We did book through the Airbnb app, I believe it was cheaper this way.
House Or Rental
Most people are booking an Airbnb or Vrbo for their stay in Banff/Canmore.
Flight
if you plan to fly, please note you will need to fly into Calgary, AB. Which is an hour drive to down town Banff so you will also need to rent a car.
Rental Car
I looked at a few main sites and Expedia looked to be the best deal. of course there are other options for a rental car as well.
Travel Note
If you plan to go to ANY of the national parks you will need to purchase a park pass. These can be purchased online for either daily passes or for an annual pass.
