When should I reserve a hotel room by?

Answer

If you are planning to stay at Bristol Harbor Inn, please make your reservation by March 1st. This is the only hotel where a room block is set up. Once you have parked, its just a few steps to the Waterfront Pavilion and everything you need will be within walking distance. If you choose to stay at another location, please connect with that hotel directly for accommodations.

What happens if I arrive before the ceremony begins at 5pm?

Answer

The Waterfront Pavilion will open at 4:30pm with the ceremony starting at 5pm. Thames Waterside Bar and Grill is located directly next to the Waterfront Pavilion Tent where you can grab drinks before the ceremony.

What happens if I want to stay Friday to Sunday instead of just one night?

Answer

Be sure to call when making your reservation, Bristol Harbor Inn may have rooms available for check out on Sunday May 14th.
