When you speak with Michelle, she can tell you what flights look like. You can travel any day you wish, and stay as long as you like, as long as you are there at least 3 nights over the week that we will be there. These are details to be worked out with our Travel Agent – Michelle. Please, please, please ask Michelle all travel related questions (not us), as she’s the expert, and that’s why we’re going through her.

Once you are booked, if you make any voluntary changes at all, you will be subject to a $35 per person change fee from Michelle each time you make changes. Burkhalter Travel can also book you a “Park & Fly” hotel if need be after the initial resort booking is done. These are properties located near the airport of your choice, where you spend the night before or after your trip, and park your car the whole time you’re gone. They usually all provide a 24 hour shuttle service to/from the airport.
We recommend you get yourself booked as soon as you know you can go. Get the travel insurance Michelle offers, because you can cancel for any reason up to the day of travel. She can explain the terms to you when you book if you have questions. Also, make sure you have a passport good for at least 7 months past your date of travel. At the time this was written, new and renewed passports were taking between 6-12 weeks to get back.
We’ve heard some resorts are making people wear masks at buffets or on shuttles so be prepared just in case! Also have one available at the airport too, you never know!
