If you want to book a villa through the Peligoni Club and want access to the club, you must book directly with the club by emailing info@peligoni.com. The Peligonis website is a bit confusing and it looks like you get club access by directly booking on the site but you do not; it is an additional charge per person, however you do get a 20% off of this being a guest of the wedding. If you do book through the website, you do NOT get access to the club amenities listed below.

What are the Peligoni Club Accommodation options?

Peligoni has over 100 properties available for weekly rental, from either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. These properties range from traditional Greek cottages to white-washed villas with panoramic views - something for every budget, group size and taste. Please get in touch directly with the Peligoni Sales Team and mention you are attending our wedding for access to the membership discount.

Whats included in The Peligoni Club membership?

Peligoni is a members-only clubhouse by the sea, with villas in the hills - the best of both worlds. It acts as the base and hub of eating, drinking, activities, events, social gatherings and more. Access to The Club is by means of a weekly membership, exclusively available to those staying with us. Located along one of the most beautiful stretches of the Ionian coastline, Peligoni has lots on offer for those booking directly: - 2 x onsite restaurants, open for breakfast, lunch & dinner - 2 x offsite restaurants; a Greek Taverna & an Italian-inspired kitchen - a café serving coffees, smoothies, pastries, matcha & snacks - 3 x onsite bars; Driftwood, a swim-up Pool Bar and Beach Bar serving drinks & ice-creams all day long - fully equipped gym; and 3 x complimentary gym classes a day - yoga studio; and 3 x complimentary yoga classes a day - 2 x asto-turf tennis courts and a hands-on tennis coach; and 3 x complimentary group coaching sessions a day - cycling equipment & a cycle guide, running five guided cycles across the island a week - pool - sea access; sunbeds & daybeds - concierge service - complimentary evening driver service between your villa, Peligoni and our offsite restaurants from 6pm to club close every evening - onsite treatment rooms; treatments avaiable at an additional price - onsite & offsite créche for little ones; available at an additonal price - access to paddlesports & watersport equipments; weekly upgrades available - motorised waterposts; available at an additonal price For our guests, Peligoni are offering a 20% discount on weekly membership prices for adults & children, this does not include any childcare or watersports upgrades. Is transportation provided for your wedding events?
Answer
Yes, for our formal wedding events on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, transportation will be provided to collect you from your accommodation and take you to the event venue, and then of course drop you home after. Our planner will send details on your specific collection times much closer to our event date. If you would prefer to get yourself to our events, please let our planner know in advance. Please note, in order to take advantage of our wedding transport service, we would recommend staying as close to Peligoni as possible (15-minute radius). If you stay further afield on the island such as in Alykes / Alykanas or Zakynthos Town you will need to arrange your own transport to and from our wedding events.

Whilst we have not block-booked a hotel, there are lots of accommodation options with Peligoni or with a local hotel or private villa. See our ‘Travel & Stay’ tab for further info.

What airport do I fly into?
Answer
Zakynthos is one of the most accessible islands in Greece with direct flights landing every day during the Summer months from the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Athens and so on. The airport is called Zakynthos International Airport Dionysios Solomos (ZTH).

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding and all events will be outdoors! It will be in the 80's, make sure to dress accordingly (see "what to wear" tab)!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
All guests who are invited to bring a plus one will have an option to RSVP for a guest through Zola. Otherwise, we prefer you come with your friends and/or family who are attending!

Should we rent a car?
Answer
Alexa & Matt absolutely recommend renting a car. There is so much to explore on the island, and having the flexibility to get around is the best way to make the most of your trip. Zakynthos doesn't have public transport (i.e. no Uber / accessible taxis unless booked in advance), so renting a car is the best way to get around the island, from your villa to Peligoni or the local supermarket. You can rent a car easily through Booking.com - and there are lots of affordable options. If booking through Peligoni, you can book a car through Avis and receive a 10% discount.

Can I come in by boat?

There are ferries that come from mainland Greece (from Kylini to Zakynthos Town) or Kefalonia (to Agios Nikolaos) each day.

Non Peligoni Accommodations

If Peligoni isn't for you, there is a range of 'private' accommodation in the local area of Agios Nikolaos in Zakynthos. Here are some recommendations but lots more can be found on Booking.com and Air BnB. Please note when booking external to Peligoni, you will not be eligible for club access, or their services and facilities during your stay.
