Question

Covid-19 Vaccination Request

Answer

To ensure our event is safe for all, we are asking the following of all guests in attendance: - We ask all eligible guests be fully vaccinated prior to attending. Fully vaccinated means completion of your vaccination series 14 days prior to our event (by 09/25/21). - If you are unable to complete your vaccination series by 9/25/21, please obtain a negative COVID-19 PCR test within the 72 hours prior to our event. - If you are unable to meet either of the above requirements we respectfully ask you to stay home and wish us well from afar.

Question

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will occur mostly indoors with a space to enjoy the outdoors as well. In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place inside at the reception site.

Question

Are Masks Required?

Answer

As of right now Milwaukee does not have a mask mandate in effect and with the space being an indoor/outdoor venue as well as expecting nearly all guests in attendance to be fully vaccinated, we will not be requiring guests to wear masks. If things change we will keep our guests updated.

Question

Other COVID-19 Precautions

Answer

While we are all excited to gather together and celebrate, we expect all guests to adhere to common sense guidelines. Please do not attend if you have been exposed to someone known to be COVID-19 positive or who is undergoing investigation for possible COVID infection, or if you have any signs or symptoms that could indicate possible COVID-19 infection (cough, fever/chills, cold symptoms, muscle aches, etc.).

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by September 12th.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

As there is a bit of a walk, we recommend arriving to the ceremony about half an hour prior to the start, in order to walk to your seats and enjoy the park a bit.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Ceremony site has street parking and the Reception site has a lot with about 80 spots reserved for us. We do however recommend using our shuttle or uber/lyft!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to get dressed up! Semi-formal is great for us, think elevated cocktail party.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kiddos we would love for you to be able to let your hair down with us, so we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adults only occasion. Our Nieces and Nephews will be the only children in attendance.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a variety of options for our Gluten Free, Vegan and Vegetarian friends and family. If you have an allergy beyond that feel free to let us know and we can inform you of what items you are able to eat.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a shuttle service take our guests to the Ceremony, from the Ceremony to the Reception and from the Reception to a few hotels in our block. Please check back for exact times.

Question

How Many Guests Will There Be?

Answer

We are anticipating approximately 200 guests to join us.
