We are getting married at Venue 1902 located in the historical section of Sanford, Florida. This former schoolhouse was built in 1902 and was initially the home of the Sanford Grammar School and later the Sanford High School. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and operated as a museum until 2016 when it became Historic Venue 1902. Our wedding ceremony will take place in the outdoor garden, weather permitting, followed by a cocktail hour and reception in the schoolhouse. The reception will be upstairs in the school’s former auditorium with dinner, dancing, and live entertainment. We are looking forward to our wedding day and hope that you will be able to spend this truly special day with us at this unique venue.
