What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi formal attire - 👗 For women: A cocktail dress, a nice midi or maxi dress, or even a chic jumpsuit would be perfect. Think elegant but not over-the-top formal. 👔 For men: A suit or dress pants with a button-down and tie works great—no need for a tux, but something a little dressier than business casual. Feel free to dress up in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident! What time should you arrive?

Answer

Please arrive 60 minutes before the ceremony starts. There is a shuttle to drive you to the ceremony site, and people to help you find your seat and settle in.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same place?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle to get to the ceremony site and back to the reception site. Guests are also more than welcome to walk from the ceremony to the reception if you need to stretch your legs.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, overlooking the apple orchards located around the venue. The ceremony site has a shuttle to help you arrive at the correct place. The reception will will be indoors. We recommend bringing a light jacket just in case!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will specify if you have a plus one. If you’re unsure, just ask us!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking is available. When you arrive there will be signs to direct you where to park.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for you to be present in the moment, so we’re having an unplugged ceremony—please keep phones and cameras away until after the ceremony. We will share photos after we get them back from the photographer we hired.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We’re having Italian (the best cuisine according to Italians), with a variety of options. If you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or need other accommodations, let us know!

What time will the wedding end?

Answer

Our reception will wrap up around 8pm, but feel free to keep the celebration going in either Chambersburg or Gettysburg.
