Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is complimentary parking at the venue.

What time should I arrive to the wedding venue?

Please arrive by 3:45 pm as our ceremony will start at 4pm sharp.

What should I do if I am not able to attend?

Answer

We are sorry you will not be able to attend and we will miss you! Please RSVP “no” here on our website by using the RSVP section.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail hour! Luckily both the ceremony and reception are at the same venue. There will be plenty of snacks, lawn games, and beverages. Cocktail hour will be followed by dinner, dancing, and dessert.

What does “outdoor elegant” mean for my attire?

Answer

We are going with a semi-formal attire for our wedding guests. Please note our venue is mostly grass, so it will be helpful to keep this is mind when selecting your shoes. Both the ceremony and the reception will be outdoors. The reception will be under a tent and if the weather becomes inclement we have back up plans for the tent.

What should I do if I responded “yes,” but can no longer make it?

Answer

Please inform us as soon as possible! We understand things come up and are sorry you will not be able to attend. However, it is important for us to have an accurate head count.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is by RSVP in order to accommodate our family and friends invited. The formal invitations will be addressed to include all invited.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

We love all the children in our lives! However, mom and dad deserve a night off. Plus the venue has some nature features we hesitate to have kids around.
