Join us for drinks and light bites to kick off the wedding weekend! Non-hotel guests: We recommend taking the complimentary Grand Hyatt Vail Shuttle that picks up at the Lionshead Village skier drop-off and Vail Village Transportation Center every 15 minutes. The hotel also provides valet for $20.

Wedding Guest Shuttle Departure

Round-trip transportation will be provided to Camp Hale from Grand Hyatt Vail. Shuttles will depart promptly at 3:00pm from the hotel's main entrance. We highly recommend you utilize the shuttles provided. Camp Hale is off the grid and your phone GPS will direct you to the wrong location. If you must drive, please utilize the following directions. You will also lose service before you arrive to property – please screen shot the directions on your phone. Camp Hale, 7088 US-24, Red Cliff, CO 81649 | 719.486.2656 Directions from Vail: 1. Get on I-70 and head west 2. Take the Minturn/Leadville exit 171 3. At the bottom of the ramp turn right onto Highway 24. You will proceed about 15 miles and our driveway will be on the left just past mile marker 159 and marked by Nova Guides signage. Once you turn into the driveway, follow it down and check into the Lodge

Cocktail reception, seated dinner and dancing immediately following the ceremony. Shuttles will be looping back to Grand Hyatt Vail following dinner, with the final shuttle departure at 10:00pm.
