We were torn between New York and Charleston, unable to decide. Then one night, we asked ourselves where our best memories were made, and without hesitation, we both said Costa Rica. At first, it was a joke, because we swore we'd never have a destination wedding. But the more we thought about it, the more it made sense. Instead of just a few hours, we wanted an entire weekend surrounded by the people we love most. So, we chose to share our favorite place with our favorite people, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.
Tamarindo is a vibrant beach town located on the shores of the North Pacific Coast. Tamarindo is bordered by several beaches just minutes from the downtown area. The downtown is packed with restaurants, shops, bars, activities, and plenty to do! The beach is just steps away from the central downtown. Tamarindo is held in high esteem by many and for good reason: it has solid surfing, nice international restaurants, unforgettable tours and a fun nightlife. It attracts thousands of tourists per year for its world class beaches and proximity to nature while still having amenities within reach.
