Buses will depart from the hotel at 3:40 PM and 3:50 PM to transport guests to the venue. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to ensure a smooth departure. Return shuttles will depart from the venue at 10:30 PM and will bring guests back to the hotel at the conclusion of the evening. Parking is available on-site for those who prefer to drive.
