When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 1st! We need to give final headcount to the other vendors at this time. If you unable to make it, we understand! Just let us know as soon as you do.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early and grab a seat! The chapel doors will close and NO ENTRY will be permitted from 2:50-3:30 pm, at the conclusion of the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. We ask that everyone wear cocktail attire. We are looking for something upscale but want everyone to be comfortable! If you have questions feel free to ask the Maid of Honor or the Mother of the Bride. Bridesmaids will be wearing a taupe colored satin floor-length gown. Groomsmen will be wearing black tuxedos and taupe ties to match the bridesmaids. **Please do not wear white or white-adjacent out of respect for the bride.**

Can I Have a Plus One?

Answer

Everyone that is invited is listed on the invitation! If you were offered a plus one, this would be indicated on the RSVP. Unfortunately, weddings can be costly and we cannot accommodate extra people not listed. We also have to do our best to let the other vendors know how many people we are accommodating for, it is important to not go beyond this finalized number. Thank you for your understanding!

I have a food allergy, can accommodations be made?

Answer

Yes! If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, we will try our best to accommodate. Please RSVP sooner than later so that we can give our caterers a heads up.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large field you will be directed to when entering the property. There will be a golf cart that will take you up to the ceremony space if needed. For those who do not need the golf cart, do not worry! The walk is not far at all. **PSA: You can NOT leave your vehicle at the venue overnight. Please plan to either drive or get a ride/Uber to your hotel**
