The bride knew Scott's friends for many years and would see Scott in the background whenever she used to see his friends out. She would always say to his friends, "What's your friend's name, the one with the nice ass". Scott was definitely underage and should NOT have been at these clubs (Cara knew she should have run away then, but alas, she clearly knew no better). On the 5th of January 2012, Scott was out celebrating his matric results at the KEG and Cara was out with her friends. That was the night that Scott's friends FINALLY introduced the two. It was also the night that Scott fell madly in love with her. Scott likes to pretend that Cara stalked him for the next few months, but we all know the Bride's version is more believable. Being the lovely girl that Cara is, she drove Scott and his friends home that night and managed to drive over a pavement and went up a hill in second gear (she was basically going backwards). Not even that chased Scott off, he was OBVIOUSLY smitten. After that night, Scott was obsessed and had met the girl of his dreams. No need to ask his version, it's boring and a lie.

Growing with each other as a couple and supporting each other to grow individually is something very rare. A relationship where neither had to sacrifice their friendships, their dreams nor their individuality. They have a lot of fun together and love to make fun of each other (well...Cara is often the one being made fun of), but their love for each other is evident. From the day they met, it has been an adventure. And after Ten years of Scott begging and pleading, Cara finally agreed to marry him.
