The ceremony, as well as all wedding activities and receptions, will take place at the all-inclusive Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa. Guests can book their stay at the 10% discounted rate in the reserved block the couple has set up for our guests' convenience. Use the the Credit Card Authorization linked in the "Hotel Room Block Information" section of the Travel page to make your reservation. The discounted rate is not available through the online reservation system.

Absolutely! We couldn't imagine celebrating with our closest friends and family members without their entire families - there is a place for everyone! The Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa has two distinct wings allowing everyone to find their perfect getaway while staying in one location. Harmony is the adults-only wing to allow our of-age guests a chance to relax and unwind in paradise. The family-friendly, Splash wing offers a fun and vibrant locale for all ages featuring Saint Lucia’s largest waterpark.

We're planning to keep things pretty casual. While the bride and groom will be wearing more traditional wedding attire, we want our guests to be as comfortable as possible. We suggest men wear a long- or short-sleeved button-up shirt with slacks or shorts and ladies wear a sundress or dressy separates, like a nice top and skirt. Instead of dress shoes, wear a pair of stylish sandals - it is a beach wedding after all! We know attending our destination wedding comes with travel expenses. As such, we are are asking for no gifts - your presence at our wedding is truly the best gift we could ask for. (Yes, we really mean that!) However, if you’d still like to contribute, you can check out our Registry page above to chip in toward our honeymoon or an excursion fund to send the couple off on an unforgettable getaway.

Yes - U.S. Citizens are required to present a valid passport to enter the island of Saint Lucia. Routine passport application timelines range between 4 - 6 weeks; however, some times of year may see longer processing times due to increased demand. TIP: If you have previously owned a passport, but it has expired - you may be able to complete a short Passport Renewal Application option.

Nope! U.S. Citizens do not require a visa to visit the island of Saint Lucia for stays less than 90 days. TIP: To ensure smooth customs and border protection screening, it is recommended that your passport be valid for a minimum of 90 days beyond your intended return date.

Saint Lucia has a very low risk of hurricanes. In fact, only 14 hurricanes are confirmed to have come within 60 miles of the island in the last 170 years, making the likelihood of a direct hit extremely rare — less than 1% probability.
